Resource Sharing Solution
Situation:
A client needed a platform to facilitate the sharing of marketing and supply chain resources which includes documents, images, videos, large files etc amongst their various Asia Pacific offices. The platform must be secured with user authentication and an approval workflow for materials is also required. As the client operates in various different markets, the cost savings from sharing resources and reducing duplicate work can be significant.
Solution:
We provided them with a web-based Resource Management Portal where they can easily upload and download files to share among all their entities.
Results:
This solution provided them a centralized venue for sharing and approving files in a very efficient and timely manner. This allows valuable information to be always updated and easily accessible to authorized people who need them; thus, increasing efficiency in their daily processes and reducing duplicate work.
Automated Approval & Tracking Solution
A client needed an in-house system for staff to apply for access request to computer systems hosted within the organization. A robust approval workflow is required for the granting of access. Currently, the entire process is running via a paper trail record that is prone to erros and inefficient for reporting purposes.
Solution:
We provided them with a web-based application that allows users to submit their request for access and administrators to approve and track access rights.
Results:
this solution provided them a systematic and secure process of requesting and approving accesses to systems for thier staff. This system also allows system administrators to ensure that users requeting access for a specific system has completed all prerequisites and trainings required before granting the access. Reports can also be generated easily for compliance and audit purposes.

Automated Label Printing System
Situation:
A client is tracking controlled items using manually written labels. They include in the labels, the tracking number and other vital information to carefully identify each individual item. Human error, lack of control and inefficiency due to rework are the common issues encountered with this method of operation.
Solution:
We provided our client with a system that enables them to generate print-out labels effectively. The system is web-based and pre-programmed with selections of commonly used settings to facilitate easy usage. Additionally, the system also reads total number of print-outs and last print date for tracking purposes.
Results:
This solution provided our client greater control over the label printing process for their controlled items. This solution also eliminates human error issues which they were facing and significantly improved their efficiency and resource allocation by eliminating rework which translates to greater cost savings.
Asset Management System
Situation:

A client needed to manage the state of use & life span of their hoses and equipment. This is vital for both auditing and manufacturing purposes to prevent incompatible hoses to be used which would lead to contamination and manufacturing losses. The existing method of operation is by labeling their hoses manually which is not reliable.
Solution:
We provided our client with a management system that keeps an electronic logs of individual hoses' and equipment's overall status. This system comes with a tamper-proof e-signature feature that ensures the integrity of the tracking logs. Users also receive automatic notifications when their hoses and equipment are due for maintenance.
Results:
This solution provided an effective tracking system which our client can greatly rely on and effectively reduce the chances of contamination during their manufacturing process.

Change Tracking System
Situation:
A client has an existing method of tracking project updates and changes using spreadsheets. Every update and change has to be reviewed and approved by a Change Control Board. This existing method allows everyone to edit the spreadsheets which resulted in inconsistencies and tampering of the tracking documents.
Solution:
We provided our client with a centralized change tracking system using Microsoft SharePoint. Users are now required to submit a change request to managers or change request owners who would need to review and approve the request before they are given permission to apply any changes on the tracking documents.
Results:
This solution resolved the inconsistency and tampering issues encountered and improved our client's efficiency and accountability by ensuring that every submitted change in their organization is recorded and stored in a centralized database where it can be tracked and monitored.
